Occupational Therapy in Guatemala and Nicaragua

Ryan was my housemate in Guatemala for the NAPA-OT Field School last summer. He completed this video as part of a project/scholarship he was involved in and discusses what he saw and learned from volunteering as an OT student in Guatemala and Nicaragua. Ryan is pretty incredible – he just passed the NBCOT exam, is teaching a class at his university on occupational justice, will be returning to Guatemala this summer to be the field school coordinator, and was accepted into the Occupational Science PhD program at UNC for this coming fall. Amazing!
